Hi 👋 My name is Helen and I'm a PT, Online Fitness Coach and Yoga Instructor. I'm also a busy mom of 3 energetic boys so I understand just how challenging it can be to prioritize your own health & wellness.
I've been fortunate enough to combine my career with my passion for fitness. I found my love for fitness as a child and have been running, playing sports of all kinds and working out since! As a bonus I now get to help amazing ladies just like you achieve goals they never before thought possible!
I've had the pleasure of seeing clients' growing their confidence, boost their health, and get their strength & fitness back through my fitness classes and PT offerings.

Ideally you'll have one set of dumbbells around 2/3kg. If you're ready to invest a little more, I would recommend 2 sets of dumbbells - a light set e.g. 2/3kg and a heavier set 4-6kg. You could also use long resistance bands or Kettlebells in the place of Dumbbells. Email Helen with any questions on equipment.
I will amend every exercise for you, so will cater for all abilities. This is not suitable for the early postnatal weeks or Pregnant clients (unless you have been weight training before and during your pregnancy).
